A young ghetto dweller rips off a drug dealer, killing the dealer.. The young ghetto dweller takes the dead drug dealer's car and runs.
A vicious killer is dispatched by the drug dealers.
The killer tracks down the ghetto dweller.
There's then a confrontation between the ghetto dweller and the killer. The young ghetto dweller has left the ghetto, but the ghetto hasn't left the ghetto dweller.
