feudal society Author information: David M. Mannes is a former teacher and an educational writer/ film producer/director. He was nominated in 1990 for best non-dramatic script in the Alberta Motion Picture Industry Association (A.M.P.I.A.) awards for his script ?Writing-on-Stone? featuring actor Leslie Neilson which he co-produced for Alberta Parks. Gone (a Reptilian World novel) was published as an e-book by RSPublishing 2006. His novel Nahanni was published in 2007(Saga Books). A short story ?Shadows? is available on Amazon shorts. He is currently working on a new science fiction/adventure novel. Mr. Mannes is married and lives in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
