This book is based on an original 1955 tome by Charles Stickley, a "professor" who wrote anonymously. My copy was sent to me by a friend in the Church of Scientology. I have included the original text verbatim (correcting gross spelling and grammatical errors), added my commentary and definitions for some archaic terminology in the original in footnotes. Being intimately ssociated with the brand of "Psychiatry" the original author described, I added another (at least as voluminous) section bringing this book into the 21st Century. The original author's comments, much like George Orwell's famous novel "1984", was prophetic. Although the technology did not exist in 1955 to carry out some of the things proposed by the Psychopolitician, it DOES exist today. Learn how today's technology makes totalitarian governments more powerful, and more likely to "evolve" out of our "Democracy".
