Publishing your book with the Partner Publishing Program at Fiction4All is FREE! All publishers MUST become members of of our site as this is how the stats and royalties system works. Membership covers our main sites at www.fiction4all.com and www.a1adultebooks.com . Once you have joined us, you will have access to our Partner Publishing program here at www.fiction4all.com/partners/ , which gives you all the facilities you require. This includes access to the software to set yourself up as one of our publishers, author profile maintenance software, the story submission software and the publishing tracking software. In addition you will be able to update your details, monitor your earnings and tell us how you want us to pay you. We pay a flat rate of 50% of the actual sale price in royalties for each copy of the title sold across all our sites linked to Fiction4All and A1AdultEbooks (as appropriate to the genre of your title). In all cases we maintain accounts for all publishers. You can decide whether you want to be paid weekly or monthly through PayPal, or receive a UK £ cheque. When the balance of your account reaches a minimum of $25 for PayPal payments (or $50 for cheques), or higher if you wish the minimum to be higher, our account payment processing routines will automatically trigger payment of the balance on the account. For weekly PayPal payments, the balance of your account will be taken as at the end of Friday each week. Where your balance is greater than the minimum payout level, you will receive payment the following Tuesday. Where the balance is below the minimum, your balance will roll over to the following week. For monthly payments, due to restrictions imposed by our credit card processing system, we MUST advise you that payments will not be made for at least 14 days after the month end as we have to clear funds from our card processor. PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST JOIN US AS A MEMBER BEFORE REGISTERING AS A PUBLISHER. BEFORE JOINING US - PLEASE READ THE DETAILS BELOW THEY EXPLAIN HOW THE PUBLISHING SYSTEM WORKS

PARTNER PUBLISHING - HOW IT WORKS We operate two main sites at www.fiction4all.com and www.a1adultebooks.com The site at Fiction4All sells non-adult and soft erotica adult fiction ebooks. The site at A1AdultEbooks, and others linked to it, sell adult fiction including BDSM, and other fetish stories. There are some types of content we do not allow - these are included in a table further down this page.
The Publishing Program is designed to make it easy for you, the Publisher, to submit your stories to us, and the site(s) where the books will be sold are determined by the genres you set up as part of the submission. The first requirement is that you join us as a member. Once you have confirmed your membership through an activation email you will need to set up your payment preference details and your publisher profile. You can set up a different profile (biography) for Fiction4All and A1Adultebooks if you wish. Once you have completed the above, and digitally agreed to our terms and conditions, you will be what we call a Registered Publisher. At this point you will be able to set up your author profiles (names and biographies) and then you will be able to submit their stories to us. The submissions process requires you to first set up the Meta Data for the book - this includes the title, author, price, genres and other basic details. You are allowed to select up to three appropriate genres for each book and these will determine which of our sites the book will be sold. Once the Meta Data has been supplied you will need to upload 3 files:
If for any reason you can not upload the above files, we can also receive them as email attachments. The information to do this is given in the submissions process. We now publish several times a week. We will include your titles in the first available cycle - if you submit a lot of titles to us then they will be included over the next several cycles as space permits. We aim to give each book published as much exposure on our site as possible for the vloume of books we are publishing. All titles added to our sites are offered at a 15% discount for their first 7 days from publication. Your royalties during this period will be 50% of the discounted price.
From the point where you submit a story up to the point where we start the publication process, you can update the Meta Data or submit new files if required. Once the publication process has started, no further updates can take place.
The publication process will result in your supplied manuscript being converted to all the formats we provide. All our versions (where appropriate) are unprotected and can be printed. Our Kindle friendly versions are not DRM protected and can be downloaded to a customer's Kindle via a USB conncection from the customer's PC once downloaded there. The Partner Publishing suite provides you with access as a publisher to online earnings statistics and a sales report showing the numbers of each title sold. You may also receive sales confirmation emails relating to your published titles. We run our payments based on a monthly cycle with account balances taken as at the end of each month, with payments being made from 21st of the following month - paying out when your account reaches $25 or more with any under balance carried forward to the next period. You can be paid by PayPal or £ cheque. For larger amounts we can also arrange for Interbank transfers within the UK - at your expense. From January 2011 you can also be paid on a weekly basis if you elect to be paid by PayPal. The cutoff day for this is the end of every Friday. We will make the payment into your PayPal account by the close of business the following Monday and often we do this over the weekend. I wish you every success and look forward to you joining us as a registered publisher. Stuart CEO |
