The Contract

 

 

It took a few phone calls between Daphne and Dave before she agreed on the final wording of the contract, but, eventually, this is the document that they agreed upon:

 

Enforceability

Both parties agree that a contract of slavery is unenforceable but they both undertake to abide by the conditions set out hereafter while ever they remain mutually beneficial to both parties.

 

The Slave

The slave agrees to submit to her master and give him the unrestricted enjoyment of her body. There are no boundaries of place, time, or situation in which the slave may refuse to obey her master without risking punishment, except in situations where the Refusal Provisions apply. The slave must always be treated with respect.

 

The Master

The master accepts the unrestricted enjoyment of the slave's body, to do with as he sees fit, under the provisions determined in this contract. The master agrees to care for the slave, to arrange for her safety and well-being. The master undertakes to treat the slave with care. He has the right to cause pain to her in the process of gaining sexual fulfillment.

 

Refusal Provisions by Slave

The slave, may refuser any command given by the master, under the following circumstances:

·       She is unwell or unable to carry out the command. This includes but is not limited to situations like COVID19, menstruation, nausea, exhaustion.

·       The command may cause her permanent bodily harm or risk of illness or death.

·       The command would cause her to suffer more than she is able to endure.

·       She would be embarrassed in front of her family and friends.

·       The command is personally demeaning.

·       The command would necessitate her having to break the law.

 

Punishment

The slave agrees to accept any punishment the master decides to inflict, whether earned or not. The punishment must not:

·       Cause burns that will not completely heal

·       Dangerously restrict blood circulation or breathing

·       Cause loss of consciousness

·       Restrict food, water, sleep or sunlight for excessive periods of time.

·       Pierce the flesh causing a permanent hole.

·       Cause a threat to the slave's health.

·       Tattoo or brand her skin unless the slave agrees in writing.

·       Forcibly administer any drug including alcohol

 

The form and extent of the punishment shall be at the master's pleasure, and the Master shall make it clear to the slave that she is being punished when punishment occurs. The Master shall not to inflict any physical harm upon the slave that might require the attention of anyone outside the relationship.

In the case of impact play such as spanking, whipping, paddling or caning, the slave may refuse to accept any further such punishment until 30 days have elapsed since the last such event.

 

Permanent Bodily Harm

It is the master's responsibility to protect her body from permanent bodily harm. Should the slave ever come to permanent bodily harm during this contract, whether by intention or accident, it will be grounds for immediate termination of this contract, should the slave so desire.

 

Guidelines

The slave agrees that she will be told of any torture or punishment to which she is to be subjected. She may request that the nature, type, and duration of such torture be changed although repeated and substantial requests for amelioration of the activity shall be cause for termination of the contract by the master. Once the nature of the punishment has been agreed to, the master may proceed with the activity and the slave may be restrained if she is unable to remain in place to accept the torture. Note that the words torture and punishment can be used interchangeably.

The following is an example list of tortures that the slave agrees to accept although the exact duration, number and extent must be negotiated as appropriate:

Nipple clamps but not that will cause loss of circulation that may cause permanent damage to the nipple.

Nipple and breast piercing though not to cause a permanent hole.

Hot wax but not so hot as to cause permanent burns.

Tight bondage and suspension

Application of ice

Caning and paddling

Butt plugs

Speculum or similar

Gags

Anal and oral sex

Wooden Horse

 

The following is specifically prohibited by the slave:

Scat

Pulling of hair

Exposure to the elements (rain, sun etc)

Anything to do with an animal.

Being addressed in derogatory or demeaning terms

Other actions that may be agreed to from time to time

 

Sharing

The slave may not seek any other master or lover or relate to others in any sexual or submissive way without the master's permission. Should she do so, the master may punish her and/or terminate the contract.

The master may give the slave to others. Any such person will be made acquainted with the terms of this contract and must adhere to these terms. Any breach of this contract made by such a third party shall be as if the breach was made by the master.

Slave's Career
No part of their agreement is intended to interfere with the slave's career. The Master wishes the slave to work hard and honestly, in general to conduct herself in a manner calculated to bring honor and respect to them both. During periods of work, the slave is permitted to schedule appointments, to dress in a manner appropriate to work, and to leave the house when necessary. During periods of work, the slave may answer the telephone and discuss business without the expressed permission of her Master.
The slave is permitted to engage in any and all activities not actively forbidden by their contract.

Dress Rules

The slave must never wear panties or a bra or any other underwear that will prevent her master from having ease of access to her intimate areas. She may request exemption to this rule in special circumstances such as if she were to go to work, swimming in public or visiting a doctor.

Public Rules of Conduct

The slave will conduct herself at all times in such a manner as to not call attention to the master and slave relationship. She will call her master by his name only if the use of "Master" is inappropriate.

 

Secrecy

Both parties agree to ensure that all physical evidence of slavery will be kept in total secrecy. Where circumstances exist, the parties may mutually agree to expose their relationship. Any violation of this clause shall be cause to terminate this contract, should the injured party wish it.

 

Location

Anywhere in the continental USA except Alaska. Northern states like Washington or Minnesota may be refused if suitably warm accommodation cannot be provided.

 

Alteration of Contract

This contract may be altered by mutual agreement. The new contract shall be dated, printed, and signed by both parties.

 

Termination of Contract

This contract may be terminated at any time by either party. Termination will require the slave to depart the masters' premises within fourteen days and the master will be required to provide transport of the slave and her property to any location nominated by her. A refund of outstanding fees for her yearly service will be given to the master except where the termination is made because the master caused permanent bodily harm as described above.

 

Consideration

The master agrees to pay the slave the sum of $ for twelve months service. This amount shall be paid in amounts of one Twelfth of the agreed sum on the first day of each month.
